The 2019 UK Oncology Forum meeting is fully supported with NO registration fee, ensuring that NHS cancer HCPs from across the UK can attend this highly educational, CME accredited, multi-disciplinary meeting (post ASCO).

Attendees that are NOT local, will be supported with accommodation (13/06/19 only). Subsistence will also be arranged and paid for on your behalf. We have a limited amount of accommodation available this will be awarded on a ‘first come, first served basis.'

You will be notified of your hotel accommodation allocation 6 weeks prior to the conference. Accommodation has been reserved at several hotels in close proximity to the Hilton Metropole Brighton.

If you cancel with less than 7 weeks’ notice you will be charged £250 to cover the costs. Upon registrations please provide your credit card details to secure your place. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED - UNLESS YOU FAIL TO ATTEND OR CANCEL AFTER THE 7 WEEKS TIME FRAME - THIS RULE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

IF YOU WORK IN THE PRIVATE HEALTHCARE SECTOR THERE WILL BE A REGISTRATION CHARGE OF £250 THIS WILL INCLUDE YOUR ACCOMMODATION, LUNCHES AND THE CONFERENCE DINNER. THIS WILL BE CHARGED UPON REGISTRATION, IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE 7 WEEKS LEAD TO THE MEETING YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND LESS A £25 ADMINISTRATION CHARGE.

TRAVEL – please arrange your own travel to and from the conference. Travel cannot be supported. THIS MEETING IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO NHS UK CANCER HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS.
