Registration for the UK Oncology Forum 2024 is NOW OPEN!

2024 UK ONCOLOGY FORUM REGISTRATION
The UK Oncology Forum now enters its twenty-first year; we are delighted that the meeting will take place at the Hilton Doubletree, Brighton 13 & 14 June.

The UK Oncology Forum is FREE to attend for registered healthcare professionals ONLY. Those who work in the field of oncology in a healthcare capacity and other relevant decision-makers in this area can attend.

Patients/members of the public:

The UK Oncology Forum provides vital CPD-accredited training for healthcare professionals to improve their delivery of care in practice. this does, unfortunately, mean that we are unable to allow patients and members of the public to attend, to comply with the ABPI code of practice.

Important:
All registrations are subject to approval. The Oncology Forum is the UK’s leading national pan-tumour, clinically focussed conference, and we are dedicated to bringing together professionals from all roles within the community to collaborate. Conference passes are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your place. if we have already reached the maximum number of registrations then you will be added to a waiting list and we will contact you if a conference pass becomes available. NO-shows will be charged £150 per day. This is non-negotiable and will go towards the general costs and administration costs. PLEASE respect this rule. Please do not register and not turn up.

The forum is ABPI code compliant with an emphasis on the patient being central to all the educational activities. We adhere to full disclosure guidelines. The UK Oncology Forum is fully endorsed by ACP, BOPA. BASO, NOTCH UKONS, & UKOMiC and is accredited by the RCP.

PARTICIPATION F2F AT THE UK ONCOLOGY FORUM, BRIGHTON IS FULLY SUPPORTED WITH NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR UK HCPS ONLY AND INCLUDES: -
• Participation in all scientific and educational live sessions with the possibility to interact with the expert panel
• On-site networking opportunity with the faculty and peers
• Interaction with the industry partners in the exhibition hall
• Participation in the industry satellite symposia
• Allocated (Hilton DoubleTree only): -
   -  coffee/tea breaks
   -  lunch
   -  conference dinner

Travel & accommodation unfortunately cannot be supported. please visit the programme and meeting page which provide a list of suitable airlines, train links and hotels near to Hilton Doubletree, Brighton on the useful information tab.  It also provides a discounted link for accommodation at the Hilton Doubletree, with this link guests can get 15% off any bedroom and the price includes breakfast.
