WILSON, Ms Tracy
I qualified as a nurse in 1991 and have spent my career caring for people with cancer, firstly in colorectal surgery then acute oncology, working on the in-patient wards, Chemotherapy Day Unit, Outpatients and in the radiotherapy department, and palliative care. Most recently I have worked in Living With and Beyond Cancer/Personalised Care developing support systems and building relationships across Primary and Secondary Care, community and the charitable/voluntary sector to ensure those affected by a cancer diagnosis have access to supportive care closer to home. I joined UKONS in 2012 becoming a member of the LWBC MIG committee and was proud to be elected to the UKONS board in 2020, where I act as LWBC Board Lead.
