Dr Philip Savage is a consultant medical oncologist working with the Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals. He trained in medical oncology at the Royal Marsden and Hammersmith Hospitals.
He has a busy clinical practice in the urological malignancies. Over the past 20 years he has been involved with renal cancer therapy development starting with Interferon and Provera, now through to TKI therapy and combination immunotherapy.
Alongside clinical practice, he has ongoing academic interests in basic cancer biology, immunotherapy and health economics.
