Hartmut Kristeleit completed his undergraduate studies at the Universities of Bonn (Germany), Lausanne (Switzerland) and Barts and The London School of Medicine.
He has a first class medical degree from Bonn University and performed his postgraduate and specialist training in London teaching hospitals.
He spent four years as an AVON clinical research fellow at the Breakthrough Breast Cancer Research Centre investigating novel targets in familial breast cancer.
He was appointed as a consultant medical oncologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in 2009.
He is currently the Clinical Director for Oncology.
Hartmut Kristeleit has a keen research interest in the role of novel therapies for breast cancers. He has been Principal and Chief Investigator on numerous phase II-IV studies since 2010.
