Andrew Clamp is a consultant medical oncologist at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust and honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Manchester. He treats gynaecological cancers and heads a busy clinical trial team. He is a member of both the ovarian and endometrial cancer NCRI subgroups and is Chief Investigator for the MRC/Cancer Research UK ICON8 Trials Programme that is investigating the integration of dose-dense weekly chemotherapy and bevacizumab in the first-line management of ovarian cancer. He jointly leads the COPELIA trial evaluating the efficacy of cediranib and olaparib in recurrent endometrial cancer.
